My favorite family tradition

My favorite family tradition is a quincenera. Girls get quinceneras when they turn fifteen. It means that they have become a lady. When it is a girls quincenera she wears a big dress and a crown. She also gets a big party. A quincenera takes a long to time to prepare for. It takes about six months. I didn't get a quincenera but my cousin did. She looked really pretty in her dress. It was very fun, because she had a DJ. My whole family was there and so were her friends.
